I think lag could explain this. That looks like a distance above the tree that one could easily jump to. Perhaps he was lagging when this screenshot was taken. Personally, from what I know of Elite, I seriously doubt he'd use hacks.Name of Rule-Breaker: elite_trampo

I'm sorry, but there seems to be no concrete evidence against Bastia hacking. (In my opinion)
Lag could also probably explain this, though I cannot be making 100% accusations on whether or not he could be hacking.
If anyone wants to chime in on this, feel free to. But, I will keep an eye on him.

Well based on the pictures he does seem floating a bit, but I'd like to point out that sometimes there are some people who are walking/running in the ground or a bit above the ground, and I'm sure they weren't hacking, just a glitch on my part or someone else's. If one were to fly hack though, he usually would fly so much greater that everyone would notice or just like that as shown on your screenies, but more people would actually see it (seeing there were 9 people on at the time.), but I think I wasn't there, so I can't judge too. It would be good to keep an eye on him though.
EDIT: Oh, based on the chat, I was there, and I didn't see any problem with him if you're concerned, but I'd still keep an eye on him if I were you.
The fact he went on to create a clan tag called "Hacker" doesn't help his case but I guess people should just keep an eye on him.
