Yes we are. We have set up a conversation and we basically just put ideas out and say if we want to use them or not. If we want to use them then we do.

Well, someone else just convinced me to join in a PM through unintentional guilt-tripping by giving me a recap of what's happened so far, so I should be coming up with a character eventually.
