Is there done something, that you won't get into Nether/The End too fast?

What difficulty will this server have? Easy/Normal/Hard - it sets how much damage mobs do.

What render distance this server will have? Default 10 chunks?

Will Primordia 2.0 be first smp to survive full year?

Will be here punny/cheesy death messages? Can we have some examples of them?

I meant by that what will be done, so server can last this long or even longer.
RoF is only server to survive for 4 years.
Elysium was longest lasting SMP - it survived 10 months.

Events, content additions, map expansions, lots of things. Obviously just a "okay server is out, lets leave it alone and do nothing and see how long it lasts" won't work in the long term.

If I build a shrine and act as its spirit, can I give minor buffs (most likely luck) to people in exchange for food?

Will there be elytra shop?
1) I don't care what you you build or do within reason. If you have a Heroes skill that gives buffs to others, sure I guess.

2) Elytras will be obtained through the End.

Server side render distance limits how many chunks is rendered for players, so some crazy player with 64 chunks distance render won't overload server's connection and RAM.
Its named "view distance"
For RoF and AoD it can be set lower than 10 chunks, as these have smallish maps.
Create could increase this.

Wonder if Primordia could have set View Distance to 14/20 - it would be double/quadraple load.
At View Distance of 20 you could see everything in 320 (double of original setting) meters radius, if your client can work on that render distance.
Wonder if Primordia could use lets say view distance of 16.... most of players will be in groups anyway - load would be highest if everyone would be scattered.

The JtE dungeon content was one of the better content so yeah if something like this is doable. I know I worked on the Iron Golem boss dungeon with John and others and it took quite some time to make an appealing and balanced dungeon.
Oh yeah he was fun, Ignis will probably be the most memorable though.

1) idk, its something we haven't thought about.

2) You will spawn in the Valkyrie Isles, aka the Abyss from old LoP. Its essentially the spawnworld. It serves as a hub of all kinds, you can choose your family there, go through a family portal there, etc. Pvp is disabled in the Valkyrie Isles. Once you're in the overworld, it's fair game.

3) I can't go into detail yet, but there are at least the basic ones: Warrior, Mage, Archer, and Rogue. Professions are still a WIP as well.

4) I've always wanted to remake Primordia, but there hasn't been much opportunity to do so. Every time an SMP server has been declining, the SMP team was already hard at work making a new one. Plus I've had RoF and real life to do too.

5) Sure I'll figure something out.

In the first 24 hours of the server opening, how many diamond blocks would someone have to procure to draw suspicion of x-ray use?

will there be a mana system for special abilities?

If so, will it be level, hunger, scoreboard, or some other variable the sever keeps track of?

If not, will it simply cool downs, consumable items/ammo, or will we get to spam everything to our heart's content?

I imagine that cool downs will likely be used in conjunction with a mana system if one is present.

Will be map 100% pvp zone?

Will be PvP arena at center of map? Or center of map is going to have special use?

Can we protect our chests with dirt/LWC plugin (original Primordia - limited use)/or all chests will have to be reachable like in Kami?
You can always place your coal/lapis/redstone/emerald/iron/gold/diamond blocks, if you want enderchest for rare mob loot and enchanting books/enchanted armor.

Edit: I like how I post stuff here in morning, and I get answers at evening :p
