Herobrine, Megatron, Daniel, Billybob4424 and some others decided to have party here in Elysium
What about clan, that their leaders are admins AKA Baker/Sploorky/San00b/Malcovent/GmK as leaders of big clan? Or sort of mega-alliance, and admins being leaders of it?
Also build underground, far from spawn, and optionally in nether to minimalise chance of getting raided.
Also build double-blocked entrances - open first door, come between them, close first door, and open second door, close it after crossing it.

Also try to build underground farms to be self-sufficient enough, so you wouldn't have to go on surface.
