There is no method listed for the leaders to check these requirements nor is there any requirement to actually contact a leader so
seeing as how i fit all these requirements

1. I'm a secret clone of Qube
2. secretly i'm a combined clone of Qube and baker 0.0
3. sometimes i doubt myself so much i'm not even sure i exist, i think this qualifies me to not be anyone else.\
4. I'm definitely not sploorky
5. i can spam random blocks around and hope they keep out mobs
6. need i even cover this ?

seeing as how i meet all of the above requirements so well i Proclaim myself a town leader and use my powers to start up a server wide man-hunt for Darice!
