ANVIL BASE
Anvil Base is a hybrid setup game. This means you know all the roles in the game, but not everything about them.
This game may be a little more complicated that a normal open setup game, but should also not be as difficult to understand as a closed setup game.
ROLES
The Military's (or Town's) goal is to eliminate the Terrorists. The Military wins when no terrorist or 3rd party roles remain.
Soldier: The Soldier is the standard member of the military with no special abilities. (7 players)
Interrogator: Each night the interrogator may investigate a player, and is told whether that person is military, terrorist, or 3rd party. (1 player)
Technician: Each night the technician investigates a person and learns if that player is a soldier or not. (1 player)
Medic: Each night the medic selects a player to protect. That player cannot die that night. (1 player)
Commander: The Commander selects two players to be officers with him. All the officers receive a night chat together and may each night vote to kill a player. If the commander dies, the officers may still meet, but no new players may be made officers. (1 player)
Soldier: The Soldier is the standard member of the military with no special abilities. (7 players)

Each night the Terrorists meet and decide on a person to kill and carry out the killing. The Terrorists win when they have a majority in the game.
Terrorist: The Terrorist is a standard terrorist, and has no special abilities beside the kill vote. (4 players)
Distraction: Each night the Distraction can block a player's role from performing an action. (1 player)
Agent: The Agent selects a person each night and would appear as that person would in any investigations. The Agent does not participate in the terrorist meeting, and the Terrorists do not know the identity of the Agent. (1 player)
Terrorist: The Terrorist is a standard terrorist, and has no special abilities beside the kill vote. (4 players)
Distraction: Each night the Distraction can block a player's role from performing an action. (1 player)
Agent: The Agent selects a person each night and would appear as that person would in any investigations. The Agent does not participate in the terrorist meeting, and the Terrorists do not know the identity of the Agent. (1 player)
3rd parties have a win condition specific to their role.
Pirate: The Pirate can kill a person each night. When investigated, the Pirate appears as a soldier would. The Pirate wins when there is only 1 other player remaining. (1 player)
Foreign Spy: The Spy receives a military sided role, and must investigate a player each night until he investigates the player with the required role. He will then receive a new role. The Spy wins when he has been successful 3 times. (1 player)
Pirate: The Pirate can kill a person each night. When investigated, the Pirate appears as a soldier would. The Pirate wins when there is only 1 other player remaining. (1 player)
Foreign Spy: The Spy receives a military sided role, and must investigate a player each night until he investigates the player with the required role. He will then receive a new role. The Spy wins when he has been successful 3 times. (1 player)
RULES
Violations of the rules could result in being removed from the game or replaced.
1. Do NOT edit or delete posts. You shouldn't be able to anyways, but if it is enabled, do NOT do it.
2. Do NOT post or rate posts after you have died, or of you are not participating.
3. Do not use the in a conversation status against someone or take a screenshot of PMs.
4. Do NOT quote your PM directly, and do NOT analyze PM mechanics (such as when your PM was sent). You may paraphrase your PM.
5. Do NOT lie to the hosts.
6. Do NOT discuss the game outside of official threads and PMs
7. Be respectful to other players.
8. Remain active in the game.
9. Do NOT do anything that would be considered cheating.
10. No game-throwing.
11. Do NOT quit the game just because you don't like your role.
12. Do NOT use deceptive text such as small text or white text.
If you are unsure if something is against the rules, ask.
If you are inactive without warning you will be replaced. Please notify the hosts in your role PM if you are going to be inactive for a certain time.
Voting:
Each day the living players should vote in this manner:

or
vote no lynch
or
unvote
The player that gets a majority vote or has the most votes on them at the end of the day will be lynched.
The game will begin with a day start.
The use of ratings is discouraged.
