List what you believe your greatest strengths are: My strengths are problem solving, persistance and communication.
List what you believe your greatest weaknesses are: Not sure about behaviour, but it could be improved. Also I have not yet held an operator position on SMP, so I need experience doing it.

Previous Offences?: That Teamspeak thing that happened a few months ago...
What you believe your position entails?: Being an operator, would need to help maintain the playerbase of the server and make sure that everything is operating properly, and to take care of any disputes when needed. Not only that, but playing the game and making more friends.
In less than 20 words, summarise yourself: I'm 18 in a month, mature, friendly, funny, knowledgeable in the area of Minecraft, and know a lot about the plugins.
