When I'm trying to log on to AoD there will be 15/20 people online and I will always get this message.

How do I fix this? I'm getting pissed off because I have to wait 20 minutes to log in when the server isn't even full.

I don't even see the point of a queue, all it does it annoy users due to users not bothering to check it and us having to wait ages to get back in.

In all honesty the time should be 30 seconds.
Exactly, there is 5 waiting, which means I'll have to wait 15 minutes to even get in; that is if they forget to connect.

No, only three minutes. Each person has to refresh their connection every three minutes regardless if they are first or last in queue, or they lose their place.

Possibly this?:

When a user disconnects, their spot is held for 2min, in case they just accidently lost connection or had a crash. Until those 2min are up, the queue isnt moved up. Hope that helps ;)

And one spot is always reserved for me ;)
