Where did that come from?

Randomly at the end of a round I had been semi-afking (Splitscreening LS and YouTube) Instead of the usual +x cookies I got "Your warning level has decreased to 1". This means that I managed to get two warning levels without noticing in one round. I'm a little confused as to how this happened and if there is anyone who can explain please do so?

A warning level is what you acquire when you get a warn. If you are /warned for a rule, your warning level goes up by two. Your warning level also goes up by two if you try to /abort an auto-restart.
