The portal is broken, you'll have to use the extra portals that are off the the right of the once you walk towards that portal. Someone will be able to fix it soon. I'll tag Baker93 for when he gets on.

It's a glitch that's been reported many times, just use the portals that are to the right of spawn when you go forward a bit.

It happens when someone places a block or breaks one of the nether portal things I believe.

EDIT: Omg I see why Fruit has that name.

The trick is to jump really really high and hit that little scrap of portal still up there
