The Prytanic League would like to offer you and your close allies a chance to come to terms with a mutual alliance and defense pact. With a few hand picked settlements in my aid, with the common goal of eradicating settlements who may show up as a threat to the integrity of the community, and those which may show themselves as stable powerhouses which may in turn show great hostility to much smaller settlements, we shall succeed in this wasteland.
