Staff Official Block Signatures

Copying Chillingworth 's thread of signatures, I suggest we do the same. However, there will have to be rules on these, as shown below:

1. Any block used can not help either team (i.e. they must not be made of iron blocks and such).
2. Their location can not help or hinder either team (E.G. in a doorway).
3. Common sense.

As in, why are you bothering to spawn items as a ref and place things down when I specifically said against it, and prefer staff to be playing 75% of the time

I guess it's fine for tagging areas that your friends can find you at, but I'd just prefer you do them as a player and not use such difficult to obtain blocks
