Once the server reboots, as you may know, the map is usually a Mini when it first is picked due to someone coming on. However, once everyone comes on, they are stuck to play on a mini map and it gets quite hectic while playing it. I think a 45 second delay where nothing goes on before a map is picked right after the server comes on would work. This would give the people who were on before time to come back. And, if there were above the amount of people needed to pick a full map, it would pick a full map first as opposed to a mini. It's not a big problem, but I don't think something like this would really have any cons.
