Please Help

im gonna look like a nub when i say this but i cant find the ip address for the server. i think its smp.blocktopia,net but it was empty which made me think it was out dated. is that the address or is there a new one?
Edit: I see people on there but i cant connect, i also just read that the server is not yet updated so how do i downgrade my minecraft?

That's a video but this is my explanation.
1. Go to this website: http://www.minecraftmine.org/minecraft-1-2-5-jar/
2. Scroll down till you see jar installations download minecraf 1.2.5 jar client then:
3. Click start if your running Windows 7 and type in %appdata%
4. You'll see .minecraft at the top, and here'll be too jar files named minecraft and/or minecraft 1.3.1
5. Delete both of those and drag the 1.2.5 jar into there.

Go to this website (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/106402-tool-cyborgs-tools-mcnostalgia-104/) and get MCNostalgia, it has installation instructions. Follow those and go to 12.5
