Jets, sorry but you need refs from 5 staff members. That is necessary.
I would advise you to get to know the game better, because some of your answers weren't quite right either.

The 30 hour time limit is one requirement, yes. But it is the easiest to get and therefore the least meaningful. You still need to get 5 people to agree to be references before you can apply for trusted.

Feel free to apply again when you have those references.
