Here are a few resources to get you started on using WorldEdit.
Note: The tutorials and links listed are curated with content to help you out with understanding WorldEdit commands.
None of these are made by me, but I have reviewed them and think they will be helpful for anyone looking into how to use WorldEdit.
All credit goes to the respective creators of the tutorials/info.

Tips!
  • Be sure to use a small radius # when testing things out.
  • If a command is new to you -- guess, check, and repeat until you like what you've created.
  • Feel free to ask staff or anyone capable of helping out if you have any questions.

Tutorials

This tutorial shows off what you can do with the basic commands that WorldEdit offers.
Commands used: //wand, //set, //undo, //redo, //copy, //paste, //rotate, //cut, //replace, //br sphere, //mask, //sphere, //hsphere, //cyl, //hcyl, //fill

Selections & Positions
This tutorial goes through types of ways that you can select areas of blocks.
Commands used: //wand, //pos1, //pos2, //hpos1, //hpos2, /toggleeditwand, /farwand

Copy & Paste
This tutorial helps you understand how to copy and paste your selections. A must for anyone that has problems executing this command.
Commands used: //copy, //paste, //rotate, //stack, //desel, //sel, //clearclipboard, //flip, //cut
Tip! When pasting large copies use //paste -a. Using -a denies air blocks from being pasted and won't cause the server to lag.

This tutorial deals with the //brush or //br and other commands.
Commands used: //brush, //mat, /size, //mask, /floodfill, /none, //br cyl, //br gravity
