Friend having trouble get into the Lava Server

Hey, umm my friend NiteOwl94 is having trouble getting into the Lava Server he is not associated with me and he is having trouble getting into the Lava Server, i know he isn't banned.

Can someone just help me and my friend

Probably but most of the times lava had like 20 people out of 30 and he couldnt get on

No all he got was the Connecting Loading Screen

Has he tried clearing the Java caches? Or the web browser caches?

Well it was on WoM but i havent tried the Java thing ill tell him next time but i hope that works

the Connecting freeze is a known bug that they can't do anything about

just keep trying to connect every 20 minutes or so, it usually corrects itself over a short period of time
