I added Tiddles and catgirl because I assumed you also listed all global controllers because you have xrat in the list.
Apparently you only want zombie staff so xrat shouldn't be on it, he was a global controller, not a zombie controller. The first zombie controller was Damer.

If I recall correctly, Ghostmark0 was a zombie trusted. Also, I don't remember RuleDaWorlds as a vetop, but I'm not sure..

VetOp.

When they changed controller rank to be server specific, I was demoted from controller to VetOp on all servers. If that doesn't count, then operator is the highest rank.
