[DoD] Leave Main Channel Suggestion

If you've been on the server, you've no doubt seen how much chat goes on in Main.

Some people have suggested just turning off chat through the multiplayer options, but that would mean we couldn't see if anyone's talking on Local, if there are any anouncements being made, or if there's a reboot going to happen in 10 seconds.

I suggest we get permission to leave the Main channel, but open up another channel that can't be left, for important announcements made by staff members.

I find that everyone talking with the same colour names is quite annoying as it is confusing to tell who is saying what.
