[Denied] Cookie Deduction

So when I joined recently on lava survival many people in the server started to break the rules.
When they get kicked they break the rules again. And the Ops are getting frustrated.
I suggest that you give a new command for the Ops to deduct their cookies so the rule breaking will be less done.

If somebody wanted to break the rules, then they would regardless of if they lose cookies. Also, if you are warned for breaking a rule, you don't get cookies until your warn level drops to zero. So, warning them does prevent them from getting cookies. If they continue to break the rules, then they would be banned, and they would have no need for cookies, seeing as they couldn't play.
