[Denied] Commands

I think we need a command to display rules in main chat and a command to display the way to earn cookies, because OPs must get really tired of having to type it out for nearly every new player that joins.

Also, I know this is my third suggestion in a row, but I have lots of ideas :D

When your on blocktopia lava just type /rules and it is a op's job to help out and answer questions for people who gave out questions about the server

OPs+ shouldn't get 'tired of answering questions', it's their job to answer players' questions and even if they need an explanation quick, there are variables which show text as an explanation. Again, players with experience can also answer others' questions in order to help out and, as I can see, most players with experience like to help out, so they can leave a good impression to the staff, as everyone wants to try for Trusted rank.

And a note: Don't add 3 threads, make one thread with more ideas. this simply spams the forums.
