[Denied] Cold water rounds giving less cookies

I think that cold water, being so easy to survive by just running through it or tunneling, should yeild less cookies, perhaps 1-3 instead of 1-5. Ironman'd people would still insta-die in cold water so they should still get 2-10 cookies as per usual.

I cannot support this.... I mean if I did support it, I would not be thinking about the poor man who reached the Builder Rank and who has to be slowed down on his way to advbuilder by a few water rounds. I would not really deny a player the chance to earn an extra cookie because of someone's sense of value.
