Notes: I made this with the idea of a lava with where people have fire resistance on at all times. It has a few different rooms with a story to each. The story tells of a man named Tim who long ago came from the decrepit nether portal to make a new life for him and his family. Sadly, he could not survive the demons of these new world and as you can see everything has become rather decrepit. All chests simple have food in them, fire resistance should be on the entire round for both hunters and survivors and the 2 adminium blocks where a blaze and ghast spawner should go, respectively.

Okay, first of all thank you for putting the effort into making a map!
However, I'm afraid I don't think this map would really work. The map is quite small and too wide open. Also, there are two many places where it will be easy to camp in and survive, simply by knocking the hunters off of the lavavators (the floating islands). I made this mistake with lilypad crossing but as that map got bows it wasn't that bad, but I think this will be a problem for this map. I also don't think this map is very well balanced; the map is just a pool of lava with a few islands, I don't think it's built well enough for an AoD map. I know you think that this could be quite a fun little minigame, as the round only lasts a few minutes, but I still don't think this will be that fun.
Lastly, the kits seem rather unbalanced. Tim seems a lot better than the other two, maybe try to balance the kits a bit more? It seems you have gone for the idea of making it so the kits go from good, okay to bad, which I just don't really think is fair.

It's rather open, and there are very few islands to go to. And something that really annoys me, as a builder, is the flat walls (sorry if that sounds a little offensive >.<). Maybe make it look more like the actual nether?
For now, -1.

Eal and Infected stated my thoughts above. For me it's too wide open and the map has few places to go to. As mentioned above survivos could just camp on the easy defendable islands with their only being one way up. -1 for now sorry. ( that is if i can vote)

Unfortunately this map does not currently possess the all of the qualities searched for in an AoD map.

Feel free to address any issues that may have been raised in this thread, and perhaps also take a look at the quality of the submission post itself.

You may do well to develop the idea and map further.
