My idea is that the server records the Kill : Death ratio of players and uses that to determine how dangerous that person is. If a person has a low danger level, you might get less points for killing that person. If that person has a very high danger level, you might get extra points for killing that person.
You could also have it so that the server determine what an average person's Kill : Death ratio is, then enters it as a probability in /who. So that if you /who on somebody, it tells you how likely it is for an average player to get killed by this person based on the danger level. I also think it would be a good idea to base the random portal off of this, So that people with low danger levels get put on the winning team, and people with high danger levels get put on the losing team.
