Hey Swift, here is what I found:
1. First I agree with what Vat said about size. I took me about 23-24 seconds to get from spawn to the enemy flag (fastest route). If you have to go that far with the little cover that the map provides it may be a challenge and around a minute of running. I recommend to make make the map a bit smaller if possible.
2. I also in a way agree with what Vat said about falling and being difficult to get back up. I recommend either making the connecting bridges wider or putting a boarder on them but don't worry about making the whole map safe from falling. Or if you really want to get crazy make the ground level useful by having ways up to the flags because right now they seem like traps/ways to get random kills.
3. These holes in the side of the flags rooms seem to good for grabbing the flag - (

http://i.imgur.com/dJRAS4t.png may put one team at a disadvantage because Red Team has less options of going to one side with an easy way back. Also something you may want to think about is 2 back up ramps for symmetry so one team can't control it for free.
Some small stuff I would like could be adding a block more space here (

Also you may want to consider making a tunnel back the the "cave" on the ramp because if someone is spotted on the bottom level there is only one way they can go to get back up so everyone will know where they are going.
