Connection Problems

Whenever I try to connect to the server, one of these two things happen:
1. Takes a long time then refuses my connection
2. Gives me the error:

Connection Lost​

Failed to login: java.io.IOException: Server returned HTTPresponse code: 503 for URL:http://session.minecraft.net/game/joinserver.jsp?user=Riketr&sessionId=-3714708397963082397&serverId=-6dc6e619889d416eae40d1138f0462d7349cc29d​

-The error I got when I tried to join SMP​

I updated to 1.4.5 Prerelease to try to fix it since it was also happening on 1.4.4, but it is still happening. Help!​

Try to update it from launcher! (force it to download 1.4.2 version)

Servers are still for 1.4.2

Use some version changer.
