Let me introduce you to the new rank on Elysium.
As you know, you start as Nomad on our server, but once you have reached 24 hours, you become a Settler. When you have spend 168 hours on the server (a week), you will become a Citizen.
Settler was implemented pure for the village/town applications requirements. The Citizens benefits will be announced at a later stage. As well this rank is an huge appreciation title for now.
