Has anyone else played this game? Its a free FPS game on Steam (and despite it being free, its very well made in my opinion).
What I like about it the most is that its not a pay to win game. Yes, you can buy weapons, but the weapons it gives you at the start of the game are very good (if not better than almost any other gun) While it has some balancing issues and bugs, its otherwise very fun to play. Whats really cool too is that even if you lose a match, you still get extra GP (which you can use to buy weapons. GP is earned by playing matches and depending on if you win or lose, how long you played the match and how much combat you experienced, can get up to 120ish GP per round.) Another cool addition is the Hyper Reality Visor (HRV) which is a sort of "wallhack", except all players have it. It means that you can always find an opponent and camping in one spot is impossible. It is also used to find weakpoints on Hardsuits (giant mechs that are player-controlled, armed with a minigun and a railgun) to deal more damage to them.
All in all, I think it is a very good game. I'm not a very avid FPS fan, but I will certainly play this game. However, I must warn, the community in this game is usually terrible, including rather disturbing (by my standards) people in global chat and the occasional person who can't take losing.
Oh, and I forgot, you can customize your weapon VERY extensively to suit your playstyle.
