Notes: My idea behind this map is a difficult uphill battle for the hunters. Throughout the hills there are several fortified bases made of sandstone each contain a light and a chest some have other things such as a crafting table or a anvil. The hope is that due to the lack of other hiding locations the survivors will generally head for one of these 6 bases and defend it in groups. This map itself is rather small but the terrain makes it perfect for what it is designed to be, a bow map. I would appreciate TNT DAMAGE OFF.

This is a bit of a different concept, and I do love it when people stray from the norm. I do think that the map is still a bit too small and I don't think that there's enough non-terrain stuff in it. Perhaps add a few buildings or something. In all, I do like the idea behind the map and for the most part like what I see in the map itself, but there are a few things I'm worried about.

I also fixed the spacing issues in your configuration file.

I like how the map goes away from normal Sword-PvP, like Ryan said, but also said, the map is small and lacks detail. I'd also like to see there be small huts or something to accent the landscape. I do understand the intended game-play, but right now I don't see it working. You're a great builder, Nog, so don't let this discourage you. I just think there needs to be more.

Huts do not fit into the the theme in my opinion. If I extended the radius of the map by 50 or 100 I could possibly add some sort of camp out or more terrain variation (as in rivers, plateaus, etc.). I'm slightly curious what you mean by don't see the gameplay working? Do you mean the map needs to be larger, or...?

Understandable. What I meant is the map in itself. I like the idea of the gameplay, bow warfare, but the map itself doesn't seem to cater to the idea.

I'll think more about it later.

Hmm I see... I don't see that really hills and fortified bases designed for shooting I'm confused really. Sorry if thats a bit argumentative but I don't really understand what you want me to do with it xP

EDIT: Few changes to the map I expanded it to 150x150 and per ryan's suggestion made the center hill taller although that is still a work in progress. Adding mines as well now.

Great job revamping it. It is much more appropriate for an AoD map now. Theme looks nice and I like the concept. The details you put into it also lend it a much more 'finished' feel.

Changing my vote to a +1.

I am unable to see the revamped pictures of the map for some reason, it just lags and takes a while, once someone can post the pictures (not the url) I will put my vote.

Able to see it now, +1, I like how this is different from the usual PvP with swords, I think this will be a great addition to the rotation.

The revamped map is definitely more detailed than the original version. This is a different type of gameplay and I would like to see it play out. +1
