Allow the use of custom playerheads during Classic rounds.

Simple stuff. They're great for decoration and details. Maybe during regular rounds as well; I don't see why not. Maybe sell specific ones in one of the prestige/grandmaster shops.

I like the idea and think plenty of others would love it, but people come up with these ideas but soon do not realize they are taking away staff commands and making them everyday member commands, which means after a while there would be not need for staff and the server would be run by any every day member that logged on. :)
