Also what if the tornament is when i am sleeping/at school etc.

By saying your time zone your matches'll be arranged at a time you can get to them, so they'll never be when you're asleep or at school :D

The first rounds will be in april though!
And there is always a time and option to get an own personal preferenced date/time for you and your teammate.
