Hey there! I had a brilliant idea to make a thread where all the members of the community could post something that they're proud of, and maybe, show off a little bit ;)

It could be something that happened to you, a big game you won, or a story you wrote or picture you drew, just anything that you're proud of. I want to see what you guys really like, or what you guys can really do :)

Since I made the thread, I guess I should go first, huh? Here's a recording, that I was a part of, that was recorded this past weekend. This song was composed by Cam Wharram, the alto saxophonist and, uh, colleague of mine, I guess. We're just acquaintances, so I can't really call him my friend lol.

Anyway, Cam is on sax, Neil Murphy is on bass, Joey Hartigan is on drums, and I play piano :D

I don't know how into jazz you guys are (if at all), but that's what this is! For those of you who don't know how jazz works, the "head", or main tune to the song, is typically played at the start and the end, and everything in between is improvised. Okay, before you guys fall asleep, here it is :p

My school donated 1800 items to the food bank in two weeks right before christmas, it was the biggest amount in the entire YEAR, I helped organize, collect, box the cans(also donated a few ;) )
I was in a concert in mcintyre hall on thursday and it was sold out, we did great btw, I messed up a little though.
I was in a christmas parade a few weeks ago, representing builders club, the community service club I'm in
I helped clean up the alleyways downtown a few weeks ago on a saturday morning
I cleaned up my school's gardens
I also helped in planting 300 trees for Kiwanis Park
(I am very active in the community)

I am proud of myself that I joined this community.
I am proud that I got trusted.
I am proud that I have friends here. (do i?)
I am proud of my family.
I am proud of myself getting many school awards last year.

Bored, I'm a huge fan of jazz, and that was an excellent piece. ;)

I'm very proud of my generous nature, (not meaning to sound conceited) I love giving to others and being so fortunate that I'm able to help those who haven't been given the advantages in life that I've had.

Making a 53 page story on Microsoft Word (see the story by clicking the link in my sig)
Going undefeated this year in soccer + championship win
Getting staff rank on a server (can't tell or I'd be advertising)
Building awesome stuff
Getting an awesome girlfriend (cause all of the others in my school are just stupid)
Being a somewhat good drawer
Having good soccer skills (all positions cept goalie)
Being a fast runner
And more I don't feel like recalling right now.
