(Suggestion) TPA

/TPA (Person) or /Request TP (Person) or /TPA request (Person)

I suggest a teleport request to a person for them to either accept or deny....this way people in spawn don't have to sit there for 25-30ish minutes for the next round...but also doesn't promise them cookies because there could be no one on the map or if there is and he denied it he still won't get any cookies

But I think it should be at a trusted rank like Apprantise or something

just when you can....I just think it would be nice to have that kind of feature for those who lag out and get kicked off the server or something to that effect without a mod on
