/warp plots should be available to everyone (guests excluded). This encourages more creativity in plots as well as showing members what plots are - lazerman didn't even know they existed before space and I talked about it. Also, it opens the door to more things like player owned redstone shops, mazes in plots, fun things, etc etc, that will all increase camaraderie and encourage cooperation amongst players.
