hi i was builder and i logged on today after 3 weeks of exam revision to find i was a player? what happened?

This would've been better to just PM a controller, director or even just operator about, but due to a weird perm mess-up, some - or maybe all? - ranks were wiped a couple weeks ago. I'll log on right now and promote you if you haven't been already, sorry about that!

Swim is right, something happened with the Perms/Ranks and I don't know if that has been fixed at all. After it happened, I had to re-promote people manually. I'm sure other Ops have done this as well. Although, I don't know if the issue is still open or fixed, so there may be other Builders who had their ranks reverted due to the perms/ranks issue.
