An Operator is someone who enforces the rules but keeps the server as fun and user friendly as possible. The know the server well and know how to enforce rules. They are generally mature players and know when enough is enough. They main role is to help players with rules, commands and the how the server generally works.
Assume that there are more applicants and can only pick one of them, why you?: -
I believe that I am mature and fun person to be around. I have past staff knowledge on different servers that are very different from each other. For example, staffing on BuildBox is mainly grief based, I know how to work Prism. AoD is a fast server, so you need to react fast to problems and deal with them as effectively as you can. A&T was more relaxed and fun based. You normally had fun with the players and had events to deal with the occasional chat rule breakage and hacker.
If there is a problem you aren't sure of how to deal with, what will you do: -
I would try my best to deal with it there and then. However, if I think I am being to strict/soft, I would go to a higher rank and ask for their advise on how to deal with it for the future and possibly correct what I have done wrong.
If a staff member of equal or higher rank is acting up, what will you do: -
Try to control the situation and take screenshots of the staff member acting up, report it to Director(s) of the server ASAP. If I feel that what they have done isn't enough, I would take it to the Head Administration team.
What is your most noticeable weakness, and how will you work to fix it: -
My most noticeable weakness would be, sometimes I might jump to conclusions to quickly, I don't tend to do this however, I do sometimes.

My name is, Jack. I am 16 and I'm an Apprentice Electrician. My boss says I'm a hard worker, I feel that I am too. If I want to get something, I try my best to get it. I enjoy talking to people, going to work and generally socialising. Occasionally I come off a bit rude. However, I never mean it.
