The only aim in Rust is to survive.

To do this you will need to overcome struggles such as hunger, thirst and cold. Build a fire. Build a shelter. Kill animals for meat. Protect yourself from other players. Create alliances with other players and together form a town.

Whatever it takes to survive.


Rust is a cool game! I've bought it a few days and I love it. Does anyone else have it? I plan on making a group on a permanent server so we can all play together and make a kick ass base!

Suprised this went unnoticed, was thinking about creating a thread with the new influx of my steam friends who have it (a total of 10!).

Sorry for necroing this a bit, but I would love to talk about this little alpha game, especially when a game-changing update (http://playrust.com/friday-devblog-2/#comments) is on the verge of release. For those who have it, thoughts on the upcoming tweaks? Any grievences?
