Exactly what the title says. It changes armor according to enchantments. Little mod from McPatcher that lets authors change textures on just about anything in the game. Name, lore, damage, enchants, anything.

Yes, I have screenshots. Will update more.

16x, McPatcher required.

In-game pictures pending. Send me some!

Would like to know if anyone would be interested in using/testing the pack.

To use it, you just need McPatcher which takes the course of literally 3-4 minutes on a slow computer to install and is automated. No effect on performance. Pack can be tacked onto any textures no problem with 1.7 letting you stack them.

Hope you like it

Would take an unholy amount of time to retexture and upscale while retaining the theme. Also I'd get distracted with new details and such.

What happens, if armor gets multiple enchantments?
Well, leggings and chestplate can get 3 enchantments - one version of protection, thorns and unbreaking.
Boots can get feather falling additionally.
Helmet can get same as above - but it can get respiration or aqua affinity.

Also it wouldn't give some pvp advantage, as you knew what enchantments are enemies wearing?

Already accounted for. Thorns and Protection take priority over other enchantments for showing through multiple enchantments.

If you manage to pick up on all the tiny nuances in the armors, yeah you might be able to get a brief advantage in PvP, though the beatdown'll have the same outcome 99% of the time in practice.

Trying to think of a fix. Anytime something gets unbreaking, the dedicated texture overwrites everything else except Thorns and Protection. I'd have to go through all the code and prioritize everything over it. Will take some time.

yay another double post

Managed to get Unbreaking to work, and it's now in the pack. Anything alongside it will cancel the texture though. Download the update and toss it on with all the others. Might start doing textures for certain names as well... :3

Wouldn't this be illegal on servers like AoD and DoD, seeing as it's giving people with the resource pack an advantage? They can tell what enchantments their enemy's armour has and create a strategy from that.

TL;DR: Knowing your enemy has Projectile Protection IV on everything will stop you from trying to attack them with a bow. Without this resource pack, you wouldn't be able to tell. Resource pack = advantage.

Already went over this. It's pretty hard to tell the enchants and even then it makes no difference except on maybe Thorns or something.
