Suggestion [Partially Added] Taser, DeadRinger and Defibrillator

A few suggestions for items - I think we need to freshen things up.

I don't play gmod, but if the dead ringer is like the tf2 version, it's going to be really tough to get rid of those traitors

Yeah it is like the tf2 version. It will definitely make it more of a challenge, that's for sure! Hopefully not too much of one, though From my experiences playing with it, most of the time people kind of know when someone's used it and so are on the lookout, so it shouldn't cause too much of a problem hopefully
