The new rule should be existed. Like if someone griefed the other course may be making the other poeple is unreachable so they had to jump down [if no blocks] so the new rule should be like that.

*reads first post* Yes, the rule cove- *reads second post* ... I don't understand ._.
Anyways, rule 2 covers others making humans unreachable. If someone else makes you unreachable, you don't get in trouble. So, say you are in a jump course, and some zombie decides to destroy it all. An OP will not punish you, but rather warn the player who did it and fix the course. Same applies if a human griefs a human.

but its other poeple making you unreachable and you wanted to be reachable but you have no blocks..
It still falls under rule 2. If that happens, the person could call over an operator+ to repair the course and warn who did it.

I think he is trying to say that when someone is made unreachable, the person who was griefed is not held reponsible if it was done maliciously. Instead, the person griefing would be held responsible. But that would go under rule #9.

Yes, and those other people would be warned or kicked for rule 2. Then an Op (if one is on) will fix your course. If one isn't on you'll have to hop down. But make a note of the player's name and PM a Zombie Op on these forums so we can keep an eye on that player.

It doesn't matter that 80% votes no, besides that polls don't make the decision we already have the rule falling under rule 2 and rule 9, this means it's not necessary to make yet another rule which would only make it more complicated and the command /rules very messy.
