Well, obviously! If everyday people like (white male) and (token woman) start pirating, the backlash of their irreversible Sin will wake the dread cyber beast, Ma'ak'groEl'AR.
He will spell doom, in binary, on every modem and hard drive and floppy disk till we can do naught but weep and taste the ashes of our own hubris.
