What should I do?
If a Minecraft server is down...
- First, see if you can get in contact with a Moderator or Controller of the server. They may be able to get in touch with the people who can get the server up directly.
- If there are no available staff or they are busy, send a DM to a Server Admin on Discord.
- If there are no Server Admins, see if you can find a Community Admin on Discord, TeamSpeak or if you have them added on Steam and send a Forum PM.
If the Minecraft Lobby server is down…
- Send a Discord DM or forum PM and try to reach a Community Admin directly, immediately. It is our top priority to make sure Lobby is up at all times, so do not feel afraid to message. It is much better that we get 5 PM’s and we put it up immediately than us getting none and it not getting put up!
If another server is down...
- Notify the appropriate Server Admin(s) through Discord, or other means such as a forums PM, TeamSpeak, or Steam.
- If the Server Admin has not responded for a bit of time, approach a Community Admin regarding the issue.
If the Forums are down... (take notes!)
- Try to reach a Community Admin or Server Admin in any way you can.
- BUT, chances are, however… it is having a slight error and will resolve itself within 10 minutes.
