First rank gets 1-3 for surviving a round, 2-5 with ironman on

I forgot all the rates after that, so it'll have to be discovered as you go, but the highest rank, grandmaster equivalent could be something like 10-30 per round (probably less, but still at least 5 a round I'd assume, without ironman)

Note: Dessern5 said that the final rank could gain 8800-10300 cookies without ironmanning.
Taking off the 300 cookies that a prestige rank gets per round, you get the 17-20 supercookies, provided you ate them.
Each rank has a range of 3 cookies, except one of the ranks which has a range of four, which I assumed to be Acolyte with a range of 7-10, hence the unconfirmed for the ranks inbetween Cultist and the final rank. Wherever the extra supercookie is added changes the next rank's gainz
