Please. I have a family of 20, workmates of 50 and clients of 30 to feed. Besides the obvious ham and turkey what other food do you enjoy to cook and share.

- Indonesian chicken-potato salad
- Goat cheese salad
- coq au vin (chicken in red whine sauce)

But if you wanna make something special I would suggest a 5 course meal:
- start with an amuse like tapas
- then slices of bread with 4 dips (aioli, pesto, tzaziki and tapenade)
- make a cold course with indonesian chicken-potato salad
- then 2 small soups for every person
- then the warm meal course with anything you like (spare-ribs, french fries, meatballs etc)
- as last dessert, I would suggest white chocolat cake and crumbled orea cookie cream with chocolat icecream

I got tons of recipes so poke me if you want more ;)

large amount of pumpkin seeds
put them in a bowl that can hold them all (and still have room for stirring)
dump butter, salt, and garlic into the bowl
microwave for about 10-20 seconds (or just until the butter is melted)
stir with a spoon big enough for the amount of pumpkin seeds you are baking
put seeds on cookie sheet(s) covered in foil and spread them evenly across the sheet
bake in oven at 300 degrees (F) for 45 minutes

now you have nice crispy pumpkin seeds.
probably not considered to be a "Christmas recipe", but who doesn't love baked pumpkin seeds?
