Approx. time spent on BB (use /ontime to check): I have played 11 Days, 16 Hours, 35 minutes.

Previous staff experience: None, But I am an Op on my friends server, 10-30 people play and the Admin says that I am the best Op on there and helpful.

Other notable contributions/feats/skills? I know how BB works I have played on this server a lot, and I'd say I am pretty good at building and WE, I can be friendly and I know what the expectations are for builder.

What do you think the role entails? Keeping a nice environment for the players and the like the environment where everyone is calm not fighting having fun no gets their feelings hurt, and I can help if people get in a fight to settle it like I have to do in real life. Also being Helpful, like I have been helping PinkiePie411 become a better builder by giving her hints and clues to help her. I could to that for other players if they need those clues and hints.

Why do you want this position? I would like the position because I have played on BuildBox the most out of any of the servers on here, as you can see by my ontime. So I think it's about time to start helping. I can help with people starting off wen their new, or just need help like checking their build if it is Builder Worthy.

Hey TacoLove231, Thanks for applying for Buildbox Op! I have seen you around and you're really active, but there are a few things that stick out that I figured that you should work on.

Your staff application is short. Your answers may be to the point, but there are a few questions that should require an elaborate response to give us a good sense of where you're coming from and how you intend to staff.

Being active is one thing, but being helpful is another. Your helpfulness regarding new players or building isn't as prominent as your ontime suggests. Perhaps what you could do is help out more to the best of your ability. For instance, if you know about WorldEdit and someone asks about a command then tell them about it and show them how to use it.

Olive44 is not an Op so his reference would be invalid for this Staff Application. Olive44's rank as an AdvBuilder could be used for the AdvBuilder application though (assuming that you ask him for a reference specifically for that).

Overall, your Ontime is a huge plus, but the only thing that I believe that you're lacking is helping other players out-- which should be easy to work on. I forgot to mention that you seem really mature for your age, so that's another plus. Good luck!

Hey Taco!

I know you from RoF and BB and you are online a lot on both servers. You are really social and pretty mature for you age, who would have guessed you were still twelve. As rawr has stated above, your app is pretty empty and it misses in depth in some questions. Questions like what does this role entail, we want a more bigger response then just one sentence.

The fact that you applied on both RoF and BB makes me think if you want staff or really want to help out a server. Nevertheless I will just think you love to help out a server, your ontime is a huge plus, but I haven't seen you exactly helping anyone.

I will vote a 0, since I see some points you can work on.

Whilst your ontime is impressive, it maybe doesn't reflect as much time you've put into helping players, as Rex said. A bit more and you'll be good. However, in Eastern Time, I may not be able to see this as much, due to being in GMT/BST. Sorry :S

How will you help out? As Tam and Rex have said up there, and I am repeating since I need to make this seem pretty decent, expand on your answers to the application.

A while back, I had a bit of an issue with you and some other players, but your maturity has improved since and I haven't had a bad thing with you or them from then on.

There's nothing bad about this application, but nothing really makes you shine out at the moment, either, so I'm going to vote +0. [EDIT: See below]. Good luck!

You seem like a nice and mature person, but your helpfulness with other players just wasn't sufficient enough this past week. It's great that you're active on the server and I like that, but don't let this setback bring you down. Improve on your helpfulness-- This is a Creative server, so giving input on another player's build and ways to improve it is probably one of the most important things to do as staff on the server. Show us that you're capable of doing that along with explaining certain commands to new players or anyone that needs help with WorldEdit.

I already said this AFTER you made your app. I suggested you to help people out more, and I'll be honest because I have not been on for a few days, but I hope you still have helped people if they needed it. Helping someone wouldn't always be asking "Hey! Do you guys need any help?!" It's more of a time when needed, or offering. You can offer to help on a creative server by maybe giving advice on becoming builder, (Because you already are a builder.) I am willing to be courteous because I believe in having references before making the application, not during the reviewing. I'll give you a 0, You have never crashed the server with WE *cough* and I think you would be able to handle VoxelSniper. VoxelSniper is as helpful as it is dangerous. So good luck! I'll be on to review from time to time, but I hope my presence isn't there just to make you feel desired to work triple times for operator. It's not really a work related thing, but it should give you an idea of being useful.

I'm unfortunately going to have to change my vote to a -1. Your dispute with Swag, who is also applying (could these applications have your names in please to make it clear they aren't double posts please), shows that your abilities to solve disputes simply aren't going to be good enough. You spent 5-10 minutes getting annoyed at each other over knowing what something meant. You continued arguing whilst I explained why your disputing isn't going to help me decide whether I should make you op, although responding to me.

Sorry, but if you're disputing over that, you're going to have a hard time controlling players in an effective way.

I'm going to have to be voting a -1. Your ontime is astounding, but I don't exactly see you spending it on helping and building bonds with other players. Mostly, I see you talking to and building with swag - WHICH IS FINE, but not what I'd like to see in one of my fellow staff. Sir was also talking about an argument you and swag got into - I wasn't there, but it definitely concerns me. Your maturity level is in a yellow area for me; it isn't terrible, but it isn't amazing either. Try to help people more and be more outgoing to all of our playerbase - you don't have to be popular, but being well-known helps you a ton on becoming staff.
