Maps does look very simple indeed, which makes it a quite unique map.
It just shows less means more. :)

Looks like a good start, I know that can sound bad, but this looks just like a good base, add detail, maybe make more areas to go, it looks very zombie prone. It is on the small side aswell, but good job nonetheless! Looks great.

I think it could have more detail, but I still like the way it gives people to chance to see how they will do actually running quite a bit instead of hiding. Thats just my opinion though, nice work!

Looks nice but needs more detail and seems zombie pro. Put some trees or something in there to make it look really good. :)

I think this is good but definitely more trees or giant hollow snowmen or igloos would be EPIC! or an underground labyrinth would be cool

i put bedrock so it is 3 deep, but there are secret

Well, in that case, I think you should make the ground at least 10 or so blocks deep. The map's too tiny for Zombie Survival otherwise.
