Recently, someone has been making "death traps" spawn houses. I've almost fallen in them 3 times this week. Haven't been able to take a pic because I keep forgetting to, but these traps look like this example:
The troll keeps making the entrance look like a normal staircase but deletes the second block, so you can see the rest of the staircase and confidently step in. Except of course you end up falling into a long 1x1 either deep enough to kill you from the fall or by lava. Staff members should ban whomever does this, period.
