So, let's say you build a nice house, and a person decides to stay in there. Since they're not modifying any blocks, it's perfectly legal.

But, for some reason, you do not want them in your house.

Would it be against the rules, *only theoretically*, for you to box the person up and flood their little section?

I mean, it is your house...

This is why I dislike people that give their efforts to exploit the rules in order to kill another person one way or another.

Yes, trying to kill a person by flooding your own house or a portion without any form of warning is against the rules and CAN be issued a ban if you are caught doing so.

Right as ronaldo said this is illegal.

There is however a solution, ask them to leave. Contact an operator to handle it. If they still will not leave ops have permission to either kick them or teleport them out, the latter being the action which should be carried out. However if an op+ is not on swank with it or build somewhere else. Also, take a picture of the incident WITH proof you told them to leave. The Rof Staff will handle it from there if you report it to us.
Again if players do this actions will be taken.
