Morning time. The citizens of ZUPLAR gather by the fountain, anxious to see everybody, happy to be alive, and frightful of the possibility of another person dead in the night.
It soon becomes clear that somebody indeed did die in the night, as a corpse of someone is seen being dragged away by two men, towards the local Graveyard. Unable to get a closer look at who this was or how they died, the citizens turn to the screen, which is, as always, on. It reads:
