Pretoria, South Africa. (Techincally not a town but the capital.)
Run down buildings, just a bad place in general. I felt scared driving in a car. I'm hoping there's a good part of that place.

Baltimore City, some places in New York and a specific place in Cardiff, Wales. There are some more places that I've been to that were pretty bad but those are the ones I can think of right now.
Around here, the locals call it 'Holy Hell' or 'Holly Hell' for a nickname. There were days where I couldn't drive around the area without seeing cars on cinder blocks missing their tires.
Oh my god. Northbridge. It's like a suburb in the CBD of Perth and it's one of those places that is renowned for king hits, drunk violence, etc.
I was scared to go through there during the day, but it's not too bad. But at night oh my god, stay as far away as you can. Luckily I have a river separating the two of us.
